Monk and Partners have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chartered Surveyor (MRICS/FRICS) with at least 5 years post qualification to join the team due to our expanding client base and high demand for our services. The main role is to undertake Building Surveys, Homebuyer Reports and Valuations for private individuals (no panel valuations). Must be an RICS Registered Valuer.
Monk and Partners have been established for over twenty five years, and are based in The Crescent, Plymouth. We are a small independent practice of Residential Surveyors and Valuers who also undertake commercial property valuation work and have a commercial agency. We cover predominantly Plymouth and surrounding areas but this extends throughout Devon and Cornwall.
We provide a range of comprehensive property services to both private individual clients and companies together with housing associations and local authorities. The workload is varied and challenging with a variety of property types.
Good Communication skills are required as you will be dealing directly with our clients and their professional advisors. Excellent report writing skills are also a prerequisite.
The position is full time, based in our office in Plymouth but we are flexible with home working options as required. Driving licence and car required.
Employment on salary basis plus bonus package.
