Acting on behalf of a private local company Monk & Partners have negotiated the purchase of a 1.2 acre industrial plot in Darklake Close, Estover Plymouth.
Comprising a sloping site the purchaser has acquired the site to expand their existing packaging business as well as to develop 2 terraces of 5 new light industrial/warehouse units of circa 750 to 1000 sq ft each or other permutations as required.
The units will be available in about 9-12 months time either for sale or to let and will help soak up some of the pent up demand for units in and around Plymouth.
