Last Small industrial/Business Unit sold at Langage South Business Park
Developers Unit Build Ltd have completed another small unit development at the new Langage South Business Park at Plympton. Unit Build have carried out a number of other high quality Industrial/Business unit schemes in Plymouth including Reynolds Park, Joshua Park (Plympton), Sisna Park and Darklake Close (Estover), 3 office schemes at Plymouth International Business Park.
Built as an extension to the long established Langage Industrial Estate, Langage South extends the estate and provides an additional circa 80,000 sq ft of industrial/warehouse space on the eastern edge of Plymouth and with excellent access to the A38.
The majority of the buildings on the new scheme are 10,000 to 15,000 sq ft and have either been sold or let. There is also a new small unit scheme of 9 units at Langage South and Monk & Partners have now sold the last unit (unit 4), an end terrace unit totalling 1300 sq ft over two floors to a small business setting up a physiotherapy practice which falls under the same planning permission.
John Slade, Commercial Director at Monk & Partners said, this whole scheme has pretty much let or sold off the drawing board further illustrating the substantial demand for premises in a market where supply is severely limited.
Plymouth City Council are due to construct further units on the remaining land at Langage South Business Park to provide circa 10,000 to 20,000 sq ft units. Monk & Partners let PCC’s first unit of 7000 sq ft on the estate last year to Devon Duvets who expanded from their previous premises elsewhere in Plympton.
