The team took on our own version of ‘I’m a celebrity’ with an eating challenge. John also known as ‘Henry’s dad’ returned from the Rugby World Cup with a host of treats from Japan. The team took on the challenge with much enthusiasm and a great deal of face pulling as we tasted the exotic cuisine that did not taste like chicken.
Our delicate pallets were treated to whole shell dry crab which had been marinated followed by a dried fish similar to a biltong or jerky. John the self professed fussy eater of the team also managed to complete the challenge.
Unfortunately we didn’t come back with the World Cup but thought the England Team did a wonderful job to get to the final.
