A direct development industrial scheme at Roborough has just been completed by Plymouth City Council comprising a development of four very high spec industrial/warehouse units totalling about 23,000 sq ft.
Monk & Partners were selected as letting agents for PCC and have secured the letting the 10,800 sq ft unit 1, to Art & Crafts Supplies company, Livemoor.
Previously located at Estover, Livemoor needed to expand their burgeoning business and unit 1 proved the ideal property to meet this need.
Commercial property agent John Slade commented “I met Livemoor whilst they were doing a drive past viewing back in January shortly after Monk & Partners had been appointed. I took the opportunity of opening up the unit for them and the rest is history.
Instrumental in their decision to take the unit was the quality of the build which is of an extremely high spec providing an attractive building together with Solar PV panels on the roof reducing running costs, electric vehicle charging points in the car park and a highly secure site with the four units being enclosed within a fenced yard.
The remaining smaller units of circa 350 sq m (3750 sq ft each) all have lease terms agreed and are in solicitors hands at the time of reporting.
