John Slade further comments, “these units are proof that the market for industrial/warehouse premises is currently under supplied. Interest was such that we could have let these units many times with numerous enquiries left unsatisfied.

The quality of the space is second to none in the area and rentals have moved forward in the past 12 – 18 months making it once again viable to build and let for investors/developers. The problem we have now is a lack of land in Plymouth upon which to build more units to satisfy the demand.
