Acting on behalf of a private clients Pension Fund, Monk & Partners have agreed a lease renewal with Wolseley UK Ltd on units 2 and 3 Libby Court Tamar View Industrial and Trade Park, Saltash totalling circa 1500 sq ft.

We originally acquired the land for the client and subsequently let all 5 units in the terrace when they were first built. We have seen the rents grow over that time reaching £9.25/sq ft on this latest transaction.

Tamar View is in itself a well established and popular trade counter and retail location at Saltash just of the A38 Carkeel Junction with a range of national occupiers located here including Waitrose, B & M, GSF and Euro Car Parts distributors, Screwfix, Topps Tiles, Howdens Joinery, Certini Cycles and Roger Young Landrover to name a few. We have been involved in letting to or acquiring units for a number of these occupiers listed also.
