Comprising a nearly new hybrid office/warehouse unit on the established and popular Darklake View estate, the building was also let by Monk and Partners in 2017 to the tenants Healthcare at Home Ltd now trading as Sciensus.

The property has been sold to a local investor off an income of £30,000 p.a.x. and at an initial yield of 6.73%. The purchaser was represented by agents Bruton Knowles
