Acting on behalf of investors Vanduff Ltd Monk & Partners have let the final suite in New Creaven House, Sandy Court, Langage to established regional refrigeration and air conditioning company, KF Bartlett Ltd.
Having operated in Plymouth for many years Bartletts also have premises in South Brent, Exeter and Redruth.
Bartletts have taken a suite of 540 sq ft in the ground floor of New Creaven House alongside Ayres Haynes Architects , The Vein Centre and Ryearch Building Contractors.
In agreeing to take the new Plymouth office, Bartletts instructed Monk & Partners to dispose of the freehold of their South Brent property located on the Stidston Rural Industrial Park on the outskirts of the village being a larger office with adjacent warehouse totalling circa 416 sq m (4478 sq ft).
Following a marketing campaign in the autumn/winter of 2024, S A Safety Ltd from Heathfield agreed to purchase the property to relocate and expand their safety services to the industry.
