Acting on behalf of a private family trust Monk & Partners have let a car park site on Sutton Road, Coxside, Plymouth to Enterprise Rent A Car.
Conveniently located just off the City Centre and Sutton Harbour Marina, the site which provides parking for 22 vehicles was previously let to Foot Anstey Solicitors.
John Slade of Monk & Partners commented, “we were aware Enterprise were looking for some additional parking to service their Commercial Rd/Barbican Approach site next to the Vue Cinema complex and so negotiations ensued ending in a new letting to them for a term to run alongside their existing premises which coincidentally we let to them 8 years ago. Car parking spaces in the city central area are in short supply particularly in a block such as this but finding a single user is a bonus for the owners.”
