Representing John Good Logistics, the new owners of Tamar House, Saltash, the letting of part of the building has been agreed by Monk & Partners to tenants Kernow Health East Ltd.
Monk & Partners sold the building to John Good at the beginning of 2023 and were re-instructed to offer a part only of the building surplus to their needs.
Comprising a ground and first floor self contained suite with parking the unit provided approximately 104 sq m (1100 sq ft) of good quality office space. John Slade of Monk & Partners commented we had a few parties showing interest in the suite and were pleased to be able to secure the letting to Kernow Health. Being located adjacent to the A38 with excellent access to Plymouth and the rest of Cornwall the original sale of the building and subsequent letting of part proved pretty straightforward in what is generally a fairly sparce office market.
