Monk & Partners were instructed earlier this year by Plymouth City Council to let a 5400 sq ft trade counter unit formerly occupied by Nisbets (catering supplies) at the Cot Hill Trading Estate.
Prominently located fronting the busy Plymouth Rd, Plympton adjacent to NTS, Co-Op Funeralcare, Nicobond and Plumbase the units attracted a good level of interest and culminated in a letting to Careco a national mobility aid company with over 30 branches nationwide.
The tenant had to gain planning permission as the bulk of their use was retail which obviously delayed the transaction but they are now fitting out with a view to opening the doors before Christmas.
